The Overview
Week 1 — Weekly Overview
Start with the big picture.
We’ll map out your week so you can spot pain points, confirm appointments, and leave white space for balance. This is where you stop reacting and start anticipating.
Week 2 — Daily Flow Planning
Turn chaos into rhythm.
Learn how to style your mornings, shrink overwhelming tasks into offensively small steps, and time-block realistically—prep, travel, and all—so your days feel doable.
Week 3 — Monthly Reset
Zoom out and recalibrate.
Look at your month as a whole—deciding if you’ve packed in too much (or too little), confirming penciled-in commitments, and pivoting where needed for sustainability.
Weeks 4–6 — Live Practice + Accountability
Build habits through trial and tweak.
Bring back your daily planning experiments, celebrate wins, and get group troubleshooting for the sticking points.
